Ways to Make Extra Money... online
Let's face it, we're not all rich. There are a lot of people nowadays who are struggling to make ends meet. Especially those with children. I know, because I'm one of them.

Child care is super expensive, so for some families, it's easiest if one stays home with the kids. But then you're living on one income, which can be very difficult. So what can you do?
Here are several sites, which I am a member of. I am not going to list sites that I haven't yet used. They are listed in order from best to not the greatest. I've also included my personal rating on a scale of one to five.
Many of these programs use Google Adsense and Paypal. Both are free to sign up for an account.
Demand Studios powers over 50 of Demand Media’s websites reaching over 30 million people every month. Their distribution partners reach millions more. They are recruiting freelance writers and videographers. If you’re looking for a freelance writing job or filmmaking gig, Demand Studios offers you the opportunity to reach a passionate audience and make money for the articles and videos you create. So far, in the one week that I've written for Demand Studios I have made $90. Great place to start.
Tips for avoiding scams:
Never PAY a company to hire you. If it's real you won't have to pay to get hired.
Don't pay for e-books that claim they will tell you how to get rich quick.
Never pay to join an online survey group. Legitimate survey groups are free.
Envelope stuffing is a classic example of a business that may not be for real.
At-home assembly work is also highly suspicious. |

eHow - my rating: 4/5
All registered eHow users can write and publish articles on their topic of choice and, through eHow's new Writer’s Compensation Program (WCP), automatically earn extra cash through PayPal. You get paid per article. Your article's earning potential can be based on a combination of several elements, including the amount of times it's been viewed and its category. The more useful your articles are to the reader, the more money you could make. You can view my profile on eHow.
Xomba - my rating: 4/5
Xomba uses Google Adsense on every page of the site. Any posts made by the user will display targeted ads on their Xombyte/Xomblurb. Xomba automatically rotates ownership of the ads between users and the website. You are paid by Google when someone clicks on these ads. Xomba is definately not a get rich quick program, but if you write enough about what you love, it could potentially earn you some nice money on the side!
My Power Mall - site visitor's rating: 4/5
A vistor to PennyPoop.com has suggested MyPowerMall as another way to make money. It's completely free to sign up. There are 1000+ stores and millions of products. You refer people to your shop and you earn rebates on the purchases they make through your store. I looked at it and there are alot of popular stores, such as Target.com, TigerDirect.com, etc. It's worth trying it out I think, really you have nothing to lose.
Bux.To - my rating: 1/5
At Bux.to, you get paid to click on ads and visit websites. The process is easy! You simply click a link and view a website for 30 seconds to earn money. You can earn even more by referring friends. You'll get paid $0.01 for each website you personally view and $0.01 for each website your referrals view. Payment requests can be made every day and are processed through AlertPay. The minimum payout is $10.00. AlertPay is similar to PayPal. I can't really say how well this works, because I haven't reached my $10 minimum yet.
Other Ways to Make Money Online
If you have a Google Adsense account, and you like to write about pretty much anything, sign up for a Blogger acount at Blogger.com, which implements Google Ads using your own Adsense ID. Blogger is actually owned by Google.
If you run your own website, or even if all you have is a Blogger account, you can become an Amazon.com Associate. Direct your users to Amazon for purchases using your affiliate ID.
