Children who are considered picky eaters are more likely to have mothers who feel they don't have time to eat healthfully and lacked variety in their own diets.
Let your children watch you enjoying different healthy food. Show enthusiasm for these healthy foods. DIvide responsibilities at mealtimes: parents decide which foods to offer, kids decide how much to eat.
Some Helpful Tips are: Offer a wide variety of foods. Find quick-fix ways to cook veggies. If you don't like a certain food, it doesn't mean that your children won't!
